Q:this has a lot of instructions which say that you cannot use it on a lot of surfaces specially door knobs are made of of surfaces which it says not to use it on making the usage very limited
A:On the can itself mentioned that one can use Savlon spray to disinfect door knobs...try not to use it near or on the surfaces where electricity or gas stoves are there as It contains ethanol

Q:can I use for hands?
A:Not recommended to use on skin but in odd situations when hand sanitizer is not available and if your skin is not too sensitive. I have been using since almost a year without any issue.

Q:can i spray it on medicine and use them
A:Not recommended because it has a strong fragrance. Alternatively, you may use ‘Liquid-based Sanitizer’ (not gel-based) which comes in spray container.
