Great!
I got in about one and a half days , which is really great . The packaging was superb nothing moving inside (which is always good for electronics)
As for the product it self , its working great .
Read/Write speeds are the same as any other external HDD.
It has a detachable lower half , so you can modify it and use other ports such as eSATA , USB 3.0 , FireWire etc (On purchase of the adapters of course!)

1)No power button (not a big deal though , you can set it to turn off after a...

I recently bought this product for Rs.4717. Guess they reduced the price further after i bought it. Anyway so it arrived neatly packed within 3 days which is really really good!! Most people don't package the product properly and its usually damaged by the time it reaches you.

The drive has great capacity and good price (as of today though it was approximately at Rs.5500 way back when i first saw but didn't purchased it)as compared to the same that is available in my city (though this GoFlex or 2TB version is not available, only 1TB Expansion is available).

One of the best portable storage device
the device is really good in all aspects... it has an automatic sync software, reasonable transfer speeds, rugged etc. since it is goflex, the transfer speeds are not too fast because of encryption ... but hoping that the data would be more secure ...

Great Product!!!
Bought it on Jan 2012, This product is awesome. With 2Tb of space and great speed, this product is a must buy for those who download loads of stuff. Best part of this product is that it can be upgraded to USB 3.0 by buying 3.0 dock. However it is bit overpriced right now, but its a great product.

when i 1st connected it 2 my pc it wasnt gettin connectd,but i switchd off my pc n when i switchd it on, then it got connected ! v have 2 install its software in our system, the flies are present inside the hard disk by default !

The product, the name Seagate itself says it all, great HDD to have for all movies and TV series buffs. If all u need is lots and lots of space, with ZERO tension go for it.

this product is gr8 and the best right now ,
its easily upgradable to usb 3.0
this could also be used as a wifi drive if u purchased an additional wireless adapter from seagate.
when market runs out of stock , flipkart manages somehow.
