Awesome headphones!
I am surprised to see few people rating it 1 star. It's very wonderful headphone. May be not for average consumer but for audiophiles it's sort of a must have gear. It has been launched some 10 years ago and it's still top of the line audiophile Mid-Fi headphone. Audiophiles can understand that when one starts moving up from Senn's entry level audiophile grade Hd 5XX lineup, the improvement in audio quality will not be massive. amazing set of headphones.
great pair of reference headphones for studio use..
also good for general listening purposes.
very detailed. nice sound stage.
the headphones are dark enough so it doesnt cause fatigue at the same time
bright enough to reveal high end detail without hyping it.
comfortable fit, although the headphones cup onto ur head
a bit tightly and gets tiring if ur using for extended periods of time.
would definitely recommend this product.

A very high-class headphone But ....
I have sourced it from Flipkart where the discount made it really a no brainer . I am using it for some time and my observations are :-

# Very comfortable to wear. Initially it may clamp hard on your head but it gets loose and comfortable after some days.
# Very comfortable on ears . I haven't faced sweating or such problems . They sit easy on ears.

Fantastic headphones and flipkart delivered ahead of time.Used it with a fiio amp and songs sound great...

Perhaps the best headphones in this price range
I have been using bose on ear for more than 3 years so I was definately looking for an upgrade. I think this headphone will definately deliver you what music lovers look for but prequisites are
1. You should hear from original audio cds or lossless music. Mp3 or low bitrate music will not make this headphone special. If I give an example, to test a Ferrari you should have open roads to test its potential, it will fail in road traffics.
