    never trust this seller. got damaged duplicate product. got fooled by the huge discount on this product. never run behind the big big discounts. you'll get products like only if you do so.

    it seems flipkart is not maintaining any quality check for the orders given by the consumers. Again this order found defective. when i received the order the Microphone piece was broken.

    Built quality not good... Volume Up/Down Buttons are compatible only with iPhone/iPad/iPod

    Sennheiser is just ruining its Brand-value with the introduction of such headsets with poor built quality... Also, its Volume Up/Down button is compatible only with iPhone/iPad/iPod and not with other phones..... Flipkart has not furnished this information in its product information page which can misguide its customers.

    old and without MIC

    When i purchased it , it looked like OLD (secondhand) earphone . Some accessories were not in the item box . Still had no objection , using it.
    but now i found MIC in earphone does not work . I know that i have been using it one and half year but it was/is a trash ever bought by flipkart.
    wasted my money to get better in low price.

    Worth purchasing it

    Excellent sound quality with clear voice and punchy bass. If you wanna test the product for its audio quality and to check if its genuine or not try to play the sample videos available in dolby website.

    Pros : excellent audio quality, punchy bass , comfortable

    Cons : very thin wire need to handle it with care

    Really pathetic(not even near to fake as i got fake samsung earphone)

    flipkart has become a marketplace for fraud seller and in last 2 month i got around 5 fake product from flipkart including this .
    They are displaying photo of original product and sending completely different one
    And even after many complain to flipkart and promise of never repetition of such activity again it keeps on happening again and again
    Every time i call them they say every product goes through quality check and blab blab
    I don't know which kind of quality check allow a Samsung earph...

    Duplicate product being sold on Flipkart

    Do not even consider buying this product, this seller is selling duplicate products on this website, this headset is nowhere close to genuine, it is shabbily packed, seal is unavailable, the microphone was damaged.

    HORRENDOUS experience, worst thing ever to happen on this website.

    Flipkart won't help because it is sold by another seller.

    Let me tell you flipkart, seriously go shove these headphones up yours.
