Does what it's meant for.
The product is sturdy,The wire is of decent length and of adequate strength.The one gripe i have with the product is the noise cancellation feature which doesn't seem to work very well.It still had to take it to Audacity and remove background noise with the software's help.So if you're looking to record high quality audio and don't wanna tinker with softwares this might not be the best fit.

Totally satisfied - with Flipkart and Sennheiser
I ordered this product on Friday afternoon and got it on Saturday morning. The product was nicely packed by Flipkart. They certainly deserve a five star for this.
Now about the product. During my one day usage of the product I am completely satisfied. I purchased this for official voice chat on my laptop. The sound clarity is awesome and the noise cancellation works perfectly. I have even used it with my HTC phone and it works perfectly. Headphone are light weight and easy on ears.

Very good product
Pros:
1.Built quality is very good.
2.Sound is loud and clear.
3 Microphone is powerful and noise cancellation is nice.
4. Light weight. Comfortably usable for a long calls
Cons:
1. No volume control option.
Over all the product is very good and if you consider the brand name its also cheap.
Product Delivery:
As the product was delivered to me by "Bluedart", its not as good as flipkart delivery.
The expected delivery time was about 2 weeks though it was delivered before time.

Best for Skype Business calls
I am using this product for Skype Business calls in my office. Voice and microphone clarity is superb. Lengthy durable wire, fit and finish of this product is top notch. May not be good for music lovers.

Great for Skype!
Bought this for my Mom because she does a lot of video conferencing and her old headset had seen better days. She's had this for a few months now and it's still performing as new. The mic piece is not very adjustable and it tends to slide easily but the audio quality is very good according to my Mom's experience.

Definitely a good product for this price
The speaker quality is good and surprisingly good in low frequency than what I had expected. Mic is pretty good with a decent noise cancellation effect. A definite 5 star if this has been a double sided mic, meaning if I was also able to get the mic to turn around for it to be on my right ear.
It is the problem only with me but for all of you, this should not matter if you are considering buying this headphone.

Very good headset
Its a very good basis headset for office use- especially if you work from home late and attend late evening calls, chatting or video calls. The audio is very clear and Mic is very good.
