This toothpaste does the thing. I was having orange juices continuosly as my part time drink very frequently. Unknowningly , i had no idea that citric things if taken in excessive amounts damages the enamel and same happened with me. Whenever I had cold / hot water or any sweet thing, My tooth gave aches.
