In most cases, they are odorless, while Essential Oils offer intense aromas.   We recommend combining Essential Oils with a Carrier Oil when applying them topically. Complete a patch test on your body before enjoying them liberally. Massage Essential Oils enrich the massage experience. Mix a few drops of your favorite Sheer Veda Essential Oil with any massage Carrier Oil. We recommend using Almond Oil.  Compression Add a few drops of your favorite Essential Oil to a bowl of warm water. Apply to aching muscles or sensitive areas like the forehead.
