This is a wonderful book. A compact encyclopedia of science. The author has explained nearly everything about diverse branches of science as they have developed over centuries. The complex concepts of science have been explained in simple language, yet retaining the accuracy and authencity. Cover of book has a velvet feel. Pages are clear and print is good. It might look like the book is pirated but its not. Its with every Penguin publication books.

The book is fine. It's a pretty cool read. But the paper quality is simply pathetic to say the least. The paper is almost as thin as air. Very disappointed on that front.
