Few words on 18-125 lens
Being a enthusiastic photographer, I bought this lens to cut down the use of 18-55 lens as changing the lens according to the situations can be a bit cumbersome. thus was looking for such lens. Sigma is known for its robust built of the lenses and that too at a very competitive price.

A:DC Macro OS HSM, here OS stands for Sigma patented Optical Stabilization same as Canon's Image Stabilization.

Q:it this 2009 or 2012 model? because only the newer model have macro function which have 62 mm filter but this one have 72 mm. Either the photo is wrong or the name ?
A:Yes this is new one only comes with 62mm filter I have brought this just a week ago OIS HSM
