An awesome lens for everyday photography. Easy to handle and carry. I found it to be much better than the stock Canon lense.
Utility of having a 18-250 mm range while travelling is just superb. Go for it without a second thought.

I received your product this morning well ahead of the scheduled date which is a good thing. As for the product took few shots. in terms of quality the product is nice and focusing motor is smooth it works perfectly not like the tamron 70-300 mm.. Which is a pain in the neck.. Apart from that picture quality is bit soft.. Well we have to compensate on that.. People who are planning to buy a new lens for your crop sensor camera and you are in a tight budget, go for it.. Q:it this 2009 or 2012 model? because only the newer model have macro function which have 62 mm filter but this one have 72 mm. Either the photo is wrong or the name ?
A:Yes this is new one only comes with 62mm filter I have brought this just a week ago OIS HSM
