Girls! Stop wasting your money and time on pads and tampons. You are adding to the trash in the world. Start using menstrual cup. I know it's a bit scary at first. A:I would suggest washing it in hot water and not boil it. 1cup per person is advisable for hygiene reasons..

A:It depends on the flow.. U can use large if the flow is heavy, medium is your flow is medium and small for very little flow. For heavy flow u have to change aftr 6 hours for more surity.
