    Its vry good....i luvd it..it is good 4r beginners as it helps in placing tampons correctly....absorbtion was approx 4-5 hrs...regular one should be used when dere is vry light flow....in heavy flow regular absorption tampons was gud 4r 1hr....so plz according....

    Its rate is more but quality is good applicator is not helpful u have to use ur hand to insert. Otherwise this is my first experience with tampons this is so easy to use and so comfortable u will forget that u are having periob i am very happy that i took this decision . This is my first mess free and tension free period month
