Very useful accupressure paduka specialy for person suffering from back pain, heel pain, muscle pain. Use it for approx 5 to 10 min at a time for twice a day, it will results in some days.
Quality of the product is good.
It comes in free size but one has to adjust it by adjusting the strap. It is not for so heavy person.
It is not of waterproof material, so don't wash it. Just clean it with a piece of cloth.
Overall product is good. Good service by flipkart.
