After keeping backrest at 90 degree as recommended by them and sitting for more than 30 minutes, my back started paining. Backrest design is improper which didn't support back at right points. When i contacted their customer service to inform about this problem and the possible solution, their first reaction was there will be no refunds when i didn't eve...
