Not recommended at all! If your budget allows I would suggest you to invest some more amount and a buy a high quality product instead of this. Foam is not of a good quality,God knows how long it will last. Even the measurements of two seats were wrong and I was not able to use incline so for that I had to update it from the local lining shop. Even the balancing is not good and the decline position is very risky in this bench. So finally i would say if your budget allows you to go for a good o...

All good with the bench.
Seat cushioning And over all quality is good.
But seat dimensions aren't properly made.. when i self installed the bench, can't pull the seat to first adjustable step of the bench, on long the there is a chance of seat might be damaged.

Just wow!
I recently purchased a fitness bench and I'm loving it. It is adjustable and very sturdy. I am able to work out different muscles with it. I can do shoulder presses, chest flies, and a variety of other exercises. It also has a sit up bar which is great for my core workout. It is easy to assemble and very compact. The received bench is of good quality. Both the metal parts and the foam parts are of good quality. Metal stand is heavy so I am sure it will make the bench quite sturdy.
