Its very cheap compared to others. And i also received a door hook strap with it. I bought it for the sole purpose of assisting me with dips and it does the job. However if you are planning to do exercise directly with this then dont buy this. This provides very less resistance. Also it is not sufficient to assist in pull ups too. Its not so strong. Its just barely enough to stretch your muscles for warmups.
