Care Instructions	To keep things squeaky clean, you can unzip the zipper cover and pop it in the wash at 40⁰C. For the side panels, we recommend spot cleaning. So, once in a while, dig out your vacuum’s upholstery attachment (have a dig around the cupboard - it’ll be in there somewhere) and hoover the top of the mattress. Because PU Foam zoned foam is pretty special, it can’t be washed, sponged, dry cleaned or hung out on the washing line.

Covered in Warranty	Soho Levitate mattresses carry a 3000 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers, zippers, and handles, if present) Soho Mattress limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions: • Deterioration, Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation higher than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. • Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame enough to support the collective weight of the Mattress and foundation. • Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling as undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material
Not Covered in Warranty	Any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of instructions, including instructions to place mattress on proper bed frame. A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress. Comfort preference. Defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains. Mattresses sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

Super!

Awesome buy, it's good for all age people. No disturbance while others move. No back pain issues currently after using for 3 weeks, I not sure whether whoever has backpain will help them or not. Worth buying.

Absolute rubbish!

Don't buy this mattress it is too soft start back pain and don't buy any mattress online it can't be returned to flip kart. Go market and select mattress as you want
