If you want to buy just one book on fitness ... this could be it.

Pros:
Simple techniques without any gym or fancy machines.
You will feel the effectiveness of each exercise.

Cons:
Editing could have been better.
If the pictures in the book could be in color it would have been great.

PS: This is not a book on bodybuilding, its for strength and endurance building.
