It is better to buy PS 3 12gb. Because:
We can play all games unless we download the game from PSN.
Once you buy a disc, you can sell it again or exchange it for another game disc with friends. Downloaded games cannot be shared.
That's why buying a game disc is beneficial than downloading it from PSN.
This is why buying 12 GB playstation 3 is better.
Also, in future if you want to upgrade the storage, you can buy and install laptop's 500 GB or even 1 TB hard disk.

Turns out it's not that easy to upgrade HDD
Yes, It's really easy to upgrade this ps3 to 500 GB but I was encountering a simple yet mysterious problem. When I started PS3 after inserting the HDD, it showed CANNOT START, YOU MUST REMOVE THE HDD. So, I hunted down online forums and got the perfect solution which goes like this:
1.Turn off Playstation®3.
2.Hold The power button down; The system will turn on and turn off once again.
3.Once the System has been shutdown, re-press you finger until you hear 2 consecutive beeps.

Ps3 still the Best
I do remember the longest of Bows by Sony corporate heads. Sony apology was a legend in itself following which Sony had to take back their so called futuristic joysticks and were in troubled waters because of the Cell architecture which was uneasy to comprehend for developers. i love this ps 3. though it an entry level gaming station its a good product for exploring more and the best part is that i don't have to buy another cd player coz it has inbuilt blue ray player. and in future you can upgrade to 250 or 500 gb rather staying on 12 gb

Worth every penny

A:U will have to purchase game dvds or cds separately. Playstation console has memory to accept installation from the cds but doesn't have in built games. U may choose to download games from internet.
