Great Phone

Yes you read that right PHONE. I was fully aware what I was going to buy and use as my daily driver. Currently on 4.4.2 kitkat.

Now let's get on with the review:

I (anyone) would give 5 stars for its build quality and premium feel. Glass and metal just feels awsome(don't forget to put a screen protector on it).

Battery life is nothing extraordinary, but it will easily last one day.(get the magnetic charger cable to protect the water proof flap from wear and tear).

The major criteia on wh...

In depth review of Z ultra.

Got this phone a week ago!!..great packaging wil say!!..;)

Tested it to its limits..nd here's my verdict..

The first impression of the phone its 17.9 cm in length!!!..on the front side is a HUGE 6.44" LCD screen with triluminous display and is backed up by bravia engine 2..on the back..we have a 8mp camera nd no lED flash..but the lack of flash is made up by the exmor sensor which the Z ultra is first phone to have!..so dont worry about clicking pics in dark..they will be good..but not like...

Why Sony, why?

Trust me guys, I never wrote reviews on Flipkart ever, but this one really deserves it.
First of, this phone has a 1080p screen with Sony's Triluminos and OptiContrast display (they normally use it in their LED Televisions), also Adreno 330 (stock frequency as 320) with Snapdragon series 800 chipset which packs 4 Krait cores at clocked 2.2 GHz each. Only these specs are enough to justify that this phablet is nothing but a Multimedia Package. Needless to say, your Blu Ray movies, 3D games and ...

great phone but has minor issues

the phone has great performance but it is not preferable to many people bcz of following reasons:-
1) the screen is too large to hold and holding in one hand and pocketing it the user feels a bit uncomfortable and affects the ergonomic factor
2)the camera does not have a flash which makes images shot in night or low light to blacken out or reduce the visibility causing the image to be blur.the images shot in daylight are crisp and clear
3)the camera is 8 MP ,the resolution factor counts for ...

A very premium device with the usual drawbacks.

PROS:
1) The size of the phones display is the main selling point. The display is very good with natural realistic colors. No more washed out viewing angle problems.
2) Phone's build quality is top notch. Very few phones come close to this phones build quality.
3) Water proofing & dust resistance always helps.
4) Phone is ultra sleek which really helps while using it & pocketing it.
5) This phone makes you stand out from the crowd.
5) Watching movies, playing games, web browsing experiences a...

The Perfectionist...

this phone has a screen size of a tablet and a form factor of a candybar phone. no 5 or 5.5 inch phone can stand against this phablet. its build quality is very premium with front and rear made up of strong glass panels and an brushed aluminium bezels.
even with a big hand, its quite difficult to operate this phone with single hand. but after a while, i found it easy to operate it with two hands and i am now used to it. this phone will keep you always confused whether it is a phone or a table...

Can't get my hands off it

It is so beautiful tat I can't imagine myself away frm it even for a sec. It's everything I needed in a ph. I don't even need a tab anymore. The HD videos seem so real. U feel u r in it. D music quality of Sony can nvr b doubted. I can read novels like reading frm an actual book cuz of d size n don't hv to open my lapy every time I wana watch a movie.
I feel this loyalty towards Sony n keep buying only Sony products all d time. Bt I wish the camera quality was better. In sunlight it's gud Bt...

Awesomeness in a slab

I'm reviewing this late - 6 months late.

This is not for people who want a small phone, obviously.
This is the epitome of a phablet.
6.4 inch in size and a fantastic display. Coupled with a solid processor (Snapdragon 800), works through apps like knife through butter. Has not slowed down a least bit on me over the past six months.

The 3050 size battery makes the device run for a whole day on stamina mode.
What is stamina mode? Basically the device cuts phone data to apps when the screen i...
