When the whole world is going bonkers, it is up to a gang of hysterical kids from a town called South Park to determine the fate of, well, the town, or so it may seem. A single-player turn-based role-playing video game for the PC that was developed by Obsidian Entertainment and South Park Digital Studios and published by Ubisoft, South Park: The Stick Of Truth is based on the adult animated television series South Park. The plot of this game follows the protagonist, The New Kid, who is introduced to the world of madness that is the live-action role-playing fantasy of the twisted young ones of South Park who have been thoroughly gripped by the imaginary world that they have created for themselves. Two factions of the children of South Park battle it out to obtain and keep the Stick of Truth, an object of great power that allows its wielder to control space and time. The whole game is brimming with outrageous comedy that’ll make you laugh your hats off. Featuring an open-world South Park, you get to explore the nooks and crannies of the diverse and strange town while experience 14 hours worth of humour that stems from 17 of South Park’s TV seasons. Rated 18 by PEGI, you can chose from an array of unconventional characters to play as, such as, an American football helmet-wearing combatant who stuns his enemies by kicking their crotch region or a Jew whose special ability involves the use of a scalpel to circumcise and maim his enemies. With loads of weapons and armor sets that can be used, all of which can be enhanced by applying stickers on them, this game is an amusing and epic voyage.
