I have been looking forward to A1 since the time it was announced in I/O by Sundar P. Thanks to Flipkart and Spice I received mine today ..delivered in less than 18 hours.

1. Screen pixel density 218ppi which is not bad compared with Samsung phones
2. 1.3Ghz quad core mediatek processor with 1GB RAM but feel slight lagging when increasing the app count in the system tray. Hope Google will provide some patch updates to handle this lag.
3. Battery is not bad but it will not last for more than 12 to 18hrs depends upon your network signal strength and usage due to the limited battery strength of 1700mah

I got this phone yesterday and whoooooo ...superb build quality...smooth performance and good earphone ..good resolution..I am quite impressed by what they are offering at such low cost. If one is moving to smartphone for the first time, this is perfect for him/her. Camera quality is decent. You need to have memory card before you click a pic.
And Flipkart one day delivery is great as always.
I am giving five star because of the overall package ( software/hardware & perfomnace)

You cannot go wrong with this device.
Its OS is optimized for the hardware. The phone almost never lags.
The User interface is very smooth and super fast. Exactly like Nexus 5.
The best part is that it can render a very image heavy page on chrome with no effort at all. Zero lag on google image search.
The screen is very clear and the color tone is standard. between warm and cool. viewing angles are also good.
The screen does not have any protection so either get a flip cover or get the screen...

Straight to the point. A great budget phone with some disadvantages.
Good about the Mobile.
1. Lag free performance thanks to Google tweaking the android to work great on the Mediatek Processor.
2. Build quality is good considering the price point. With matte finish.
3. Runs a good amount of apps without lag. I tried nearly 20 Apps at a time on Background.
4. Casual Games run great. No lag whatsoever.
5. GPS locking is good. Internet Works great on Chrome....

Arrived the same day, really quick delivery, a neat phone, light, good-looking, has all the wonders of Google, so many apps, quick too.
The clarity is really good. the sound quality is good, I am not sure if I am having network issues with my service provider but the signal strength seems weak. The SD card did not fit well into the slot but it works well. I even used Cloud and saved all my contacts.
I have to still check battery time, the phone does get heated up on long data usage.
