This is good for beginners who just started learning skipping but when u get a good grip on ropes ... this rope fails..as it doesn't have a weight in middle section...so when u go gor fast skips it skids ...

A:There are no mechanical adjustments given however you can shorten the length of rope by tieing knots on both ends.
