I would rate this book as one of those books which comes closest to evaluating a person and defining their strengths. This book comes with a code that will help you take small 30 minutes exercise and understand your own strengths with an action plan to use more effectively. Instead of spending your time on improving what you arenâ??t that good at and therefore donâ??t usually enjoy that much, why not focus your time on the few things that you are better at than most anyone and the things that light that fire inside of you? Excellent book if you are seriously wanting to know your strengths
Excellent book, very well thought out and written. It keeps you interested and engaged, so you'll take very little time to read it through and then, nice things stay in memory.
The book includes code to access online test and that was a primary reason I bought it. But I found the book useful and hence, ordered 3 more copies the next day for my colleagues.

Great book to discover your strengths!
This is a great book which has an online code that you use to take a test to get your top 5 strengths. The book further provides guidance on leveraging those strengths in a relatable way. Good insights and value at 370 which made it an absolute steal! Only wish the author would provide his entire set of "premium" services on the strengths instead of trying to get us to spend more after we have already bought the book.

you got to try this
This book was for a friend, someone gifted me a book long time ago , and i thought it gives you insight into your own self. do not try to answer questions, with the mindset of what is the coolest /appropriate answer. go with your gut feel without over analyzing the questions.
It definitely is a great gift idea.

I was gifted this book by a very good friend. this book is the best book i have read in a long time. i was so impressed with the contents so i decide to gift this to my wife and few of my very close friends. they all appreciated.
It is easy to be negative but this book gives you the positive side which make you to get up and move..

You can't really finish reading this book! Its a book you keep going back to again and again.
The book echo's my thought that one should try and develop their strengths instead of looking for weaknesses to overcome - its more fruitful.
