He is currently on the HR&OB faculty with Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida (UP), and has been program director for several Management Development programs. He was Head (Personnel and HR) with The Times of India Group, New Delhi. Prof. Kachru has widely lectured at some well-known Business Schools. He has been to USA on an International Fellowship Program and lectured at various Management Associations in Tennessee. He has great passion and zeal in motivating and mentoring college and university students, working professionals, engineers, business executives, entrepreneurs.
