Very disappointed with the product delivered. Totally sub standard, I could not check it in India whether it works or not. When I brought it to USA, i plugged it in, the width of the pins were little smaller in the mixer and I had to struggle to get it in place. The cable looks poor quality. Now I ran the mixer a couple of times, used it to grind coconut for sambar. The third time, it stopped. I tried to plug it into another socket but still wont work. Now the entire effort in terms of buyin...

average product. after 2 months of use the jar for smashing become jammed....i tried to repair myself. that was winter time, and the problem did not solved. now its summer, that jar working fine !!
