To justify the literature on the brochure, they have kept bikini sized filter mesh inside hanging like a Tibetian prayer. The problem is, like a flag, that mesh touches the fan and makes noise.

Not much noisy. Cool air even for normal water.
1 bucket of water will do for two nights easily.
Not yet tried with ice. However,

Whole night also the water level goes down only to 25-30%
One fill can run for 24 hours easily
Fan speed is good and can cool a room with 2-3 people
