I am using this lens since last 3-4 days. Nothing I can say about this lens except 'wow'. Not able test the lens completely as I am using it for only 3-4 days. What I have observed is the lens works nicely in daylight while taking portrait or landscape photo. But it is not good as Canon lens in case of low light photography. Otherwise it is a must buy for amateur photographers who don't want to spend Rs 36000/- for Canon 18-135mm lens and who don't want to change lens repeatedly while traveli...

Perfect product!
I used to have to two lens kit canon 18-55 n 55-250 mm which usually come with combo pack, however sometime it's not feasible to change the lens, then I switched to Tamron 18-200 initially I was skeptical about this lens but post using a 2-3 month i can say I bought the right product, quality wise no issues at all

I am totally disappointed this product, my lens autofocus system is not working properly images are not coming sharp little bit noise. but manual focus is good and excellent picture quality in manual focus and low light photography is little bit noise in lo lighting.condition. No service centres available in Andhra Pradesh state I waste my money

Does the job
After using this lens for 2 years (1) for the money spent it's good (2) very bad in low light (3) Images are soft but in very good daylight conditions, sharpness is noticeably better. (4) My suggestion is don't spend money on cheap lenses(except kit lens which comes with the camera). Save enough money and buy good quality lenses.

Had lots of expectation while buying this lens as TAMRON is also an renowned brand and it makes lens from ages. But seriously the quality of the images does not justify the price. I feel the normal Canon Kit lens was better which I sold to get this one. Only benefit is you need not change the lens again and again as it covers from 18-200 mm. But image quality is just beyond OK. Not so good not so bad. May be I am expecting a bit more , I dont know !!!

in market extention tube is available( although i have not used). With extention tube nikon lense can be used in canon cameras.
