Author Info | - Dr. Bikash Nath is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College, Jorhat, Assam, India. He has published a good number of research articles, seminar papers and chapters in books etc. He is the author of Tea Plantation Workers of Assam and the Indian National Movement ,1921-1947 (Primus Books, New Delhi, 2016), and Deconstructing Truth in History- A Bunch of Critical Essays (Eastern Book House, Guwahati, 2022).
Mr. Biraj Jyoti Kalita is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Devi Charan Barua Girls’ College, Assam, India. He obtained his M.Phil. Degree from Dibrugarh University, Assam. Now, he has been pursuing his Doctoral research in the Department of History, Gauhati University, Assam. He has written more than 15 numbers of research papers in Scopus/ Web of science/ UGC recognized/ Peer Reviewed journals like Asian Ethnicity, Labor History and also contributed many chapters in books. His area of interests are Social History of India, Popular Culture and Ethnicity and Tribal studies of North East India. He is the author of A History of Historiography (Sabda Publication, Jorhat, 2018).
