The book has 28 chapters each focussing on one aspect of bliss. He takes up one aspect explains it fully with the help of a real life story followed by the scientific explanation and physiological reasons that external events fail to satisfy us. This is followed by the spiritual aspect and a series of suggestions to overcome the hurdles in the way of our happiness. This book is equally helpful for the beginners and the ones who have advanced on the spiritual path.
