Covered in Warranty	This mattress comes with covering all manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as premature sagging, abnormal foam compression, or any surface depression greater than 1 inch, under normal usage. The warranty also covers improper shape recovery after unpacking, cracks or splits in the foam core, and seam separation or stitching defects in the quilted fabric cover. Please note that the warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, physical damage (such as cuts, burns, spills, or stains), damage from folding or bending, or use on an uneven or unsupportive surface. Changes in comfort preference, minor softening of foam, or unsanitary usage conditions are also excluded. Claims must be made with a valid purchase invoice, and any eligible defects will be resolved through repair or replacement at the discretion of The Clever Couch team.
Not Covered in Warranty	The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, softening of the foam over time, or physical damage such as cuts, burns, stains, or liquid spills. It also excludes damage caused by improper use, including folding or bending the mattress, or using it on an uneven, sagging, or non-supportive surface. Additionally, any issues arising from unsanitary conditions, intentional misuse, or comfort preferences (such as a change in firmness feel) are not covered. Claims made without a valid invoice or those resulting from mishandling during transportation after delivery will also not be eligible under the warranty.
