The worst experience during return. First of all you send me a wrong book. In a bad condition some IBM book then when I place a return your delievery guy doesn't even know and very rudely leaves it with security.

Then after many attempt your executive calls everytime explain them the same story. And suddenly the call is disconnected and then updated sms says I was not available.

People don't buy it here. You will never get your refund nor they will take the second hand some other book.
