I purchased a Thomson 10.5 kg Front Loading Q 10 Ultra series and received a promt delivery ad installation experience. f. I'm writing this review after I tried out the new machine for around a week having tested its limits.

5 star Rated said but no sticker or as such fix on machine. Mechanic know nothing about machine, just formal visit to satisfy. 10.5 kg said but looks less then my old fully top load Panasonic washing machine. Not Happy.
