Utterly delightful from,the beginning to the end. I loved the digressions, the tales about friends and friends-of friends. First thing first - this book was written in 19th century. It tells about story of three friends on a river leisure trip (yeah, I know the title says it all). And yet it will enthrall you in 21st century even if you have never been or never intend to go on river trip. It has great doses of laughs and it is a nice read.
