aint working after replacement aslo !!!!!!!!!

Okay 1st I used Trustmaster's gamepad before this one it was awesome but it was wired
so i thought to buy a wireless one...
after seeing this wireless one .
i ordered it . after i picked it up
i dont know whats wrong with it
its not working ......
i replaced it and again the second one is not working

although , I've a 6 core AMD processor
8 GB DD3 RAM
2 GB ATI graphics card

i think there might be an issue of the controller .......

I'm sorry to rate this but this isn't worth it .......
