Specs may be best at this price ; but quality wise it is very bad.
Has a elegant look ,but u might be facing trouble.

Mine's had keyboard replaced twice in 3 and a half months; but the on site warranty from Toshiba is just fab.
The battery drains out in 2.5 hours .

Other wise other things are good for this laptop.

Actually ,it has 2 USB2.0 ports on either sides & a 3.0 USB ports; not just as described above.

For this price range the laptop provides good specifications and to top all the best clock speed in the budget. But I was very dissatisfied with the speaker output. Sound is too low.

Its full volume is comparable to 40 % of a standard laptop.

build quality is low and the keyboard they provide also has broad gaps between it and the body and i started to have a serious trouble too... its has started to shut down on its own which is kinda disturbing as it has only been 24 hrs and m experienci...

very nice laptop with latest 8.1, 3 yrs waranty, 4 gb ram. Looks good. Toshiba service is also verygood..............................................................................................................

this company laptops are worst I am facing problems from one year, the screen cracking like three parts. In our office three members facing same problem. customer care people not responding much...dont buy toshiba laptops

Its difficult to buy a laptop from wide rage of models and finally I decided to brought this one. Laptop have a nice & simple design.
Boot time very quick.
performance is above average.
Toshiba give a 1 year warranty + 2 years additional warranty.
Lap had any brand have higher possibility to need service with in one year hence the 1 + 2 = 3 year warranty give peace to mind
Packing and delivery of the product is awesome . I stunt when I saw the courier person a day after my purchase.

On 31st july 2014 i buy this laptop. My main reason of purchasing this laptop is 10% cash back on hdfc credit card. But after purchase i am not getting cash back. When contacted, customer care people now saying that offer already expired on 30th july 2014. If that is the case then why expired offers are shown on 31st july 2014 ? And during order placement at no stage warning shown that i will not get cash back. Another interesting thing is when next day i preview same laptop, previous offers ...
