If you want wifi 6 router in the Budget then go for it.
5ghz band range works well in my 1bhk flat.
With wifi 6 you will 1200mbps transmission link speed.
I think if you go for more expensive router then they offer higher speed. But considering indian internet speed I felt 1200mbps is more than enough.
