Product Description

The TP-LINK TL-WDR4300 gives you simultaneous dual band wireless connectivity with blazing speeds of 450Mbps on 5GHz band and 300 Mbps on 2.4GHz band. It is capable of handling heavy bandwidth usage and has wide coverage over large spaces such as living rooms and office spaces.

Dual Band Connectivity

This modem router is capable of broadcasting and receiving both 5GHz and 2.4 GHz connections at the same time with speeds up to 450Mbps and 300Mbps respectively. The 2.4GHz band can be used to run daily applications such as web browsing, and the 5GHz band can be used for bandwidth intensive applications such as online gaming.

Versatile USB 2.0 Ports

With two USB 2.0 ports at your disposal, you can share a printer with multiple devices or computers on your network. You can even share media and files at home or through the ftp server when you are out.

Blazing Wired Speeds

Enjoy latency-sensitive applications such as online games or HD streaming with this router as it has a gigabit WAN port and four gigabit LAN ports which support extremely fast wired networks. BEST IN ITS OWN RIGHT

OK, i am the one who purchased the product from MR.Selva Kumaran (selvas.themechanicalengineer) . on 16th this month,one day before his review.

As he said the 5 Ghz range is really limited to be precise 5M at the max.

i choose to use DD-WRT firmware instead of the TP-Link one ,there were may limitation in the stock firmware, an older firmware from DD-WRT even let me up the transmitting power of both 2,4 and 5 Ghz.

but we need to understand as these antenna provided by TP-Link are high-gai...

Excellent Product

The Product was awesome. Actually i have speed of 1Mbps which has transfer rate 130kbps but while connecting through wireless with this router, it increses the transfer rate upto 400-550kbps at 2.5GHz . Im impressed and happy with the product. It has dual bands. My laptop doesn't support 5Ghz band, so i ordered wifi dongle adapter for 5GHz band.

this product has both 2.5 and 5 GHz bands..

Excellent Router

Very Good so far usage running on to bands is the coolest range is better than any other router available in same slot

two bands are actually worth it

Cons-shiny surface prone to scratches though mine i have not taken put plastic that it came with
5ghz bandz range is not as gr8 as 2.4

Been using for 2 months and very happy with it

Pros:

Worst Product from TP Link

Flipkart as usual deliverd the product on time. Everytime the power goes the router doesn't detect internet and have to factory reset and reconfogure multiple types which is very frustration. Eventhough it has 3 Antannas the wifi range is very poor. I had installed this router in hall and in the adjacent room it wont show full signal. My old Netgear router was 100% better than this scarp. Raise a reurn request with Flipkart.

WORST PRODUCT.

One of the worst modem I used ever in my life. I had being using Netgear, Belkin, D-Link, Asus & Vodafone which were very lowered to this TP-Link WDR4300 Router. It give such a lower range that even my 54 MB old model provide higher range then this modem. The WiFi range get discounted after ever few minutes and then need to restart it due to which my all Audit work is suffering. I request NOT TO BUSY SUCH AN USELESS ROUTER.
