Good quality and it's complete waterproof material.. I saw many reviews which said its not waterproof but I tested with pouring some water on it ....actually the water gets absorbed but it will not reach back of the mat as its rubber sheet material at back same like what we have for baby bed mat so can go for it if you are looking for a mattress protector specially for babies..

Need time to assess the quality first look is perfect and same as seen in the flipkart and its not water resistant normal Terry cotton size is precise but I wanted 75*60 I couldn't find it in flipkart and I placed order for 78*60 inches product is good and worth for the money.
