This is one of the amazing product... I bought..... Transcend Card reader Hub 2.0 solved my COMPACT FLASH CARD data transfer problem..... Even 2.0 is like 5-10 MBps

I decided to buy this model (USB 2.0) and I'm quite happy with it! I was ultimately deciding between this and the USB 3.0 version of the same item (Model # TS-RDF8K), which is almost double the price and doesn't look as good. I figured that ultimately, there may not be any added speed advantage with the USB 3.0 version (effectively, keeping other speed bottlenecks in mind).

Has a good build quality and is pretty trouble free. I had used earlier other brands which i procured locally at a cheap price and had lot of trouble when it comes to proper media access.
But this Transcend reader was worth its buy.

I should have gone with the USB 3.0 version though. should have been better.

Overall i am satisfied with the reader. One point though they could have had a longer USB cable :)

My previous card readers from unknown Chinese brands always faltered and even corrupted my memory cards. Choosing Transcend was something I should have done a long time back.

True to their history, the product was nice to look at and had rubber pads at the bottom to stay in place. The ports were clearly labelled and no rough edges.If I've to nitpick the accompanying wire was too short for my liking - but then again it's preferential.

The read/write speeds were better than my previous reader...

Great Memory Card with supports of various types of cards.
It support UHS-I cards too. I tested with my Sandisk Extreme 16GB UHS-I.
High Performence. Moderate Speed. & Looks Good too.
Overall nice product & I'm happy with it.

N. B. It came with a faulty data cable which is a generic mini USB data cable. I just used another one. The card reader is fine. I did not go for a replacement of whatsoever.

This one adds two removable drives, one for CF cards, and one for SD cards. detection speed is a bit slow, but data transfer speeds are fast. Connections are stable. A very reliable device and seems like it will not kill your card.
