The glossy look on the device gives a premium look but utmost care has to be taken while handling the earbud box. For music, the earbud does the job but for the calls you have to speak louder so that the opposite person can hear you. The design and look on the ear is OKAY but sometimes you might feel that the earbud is slipping from your ear. The noise cancellation is not up to the mark. Slight air can disturb your call and the background disturbance can be recognised by the opposite person

This TWS earbud has absolutely amazing sound quality because of 13mm large driver,during music playback i hear the clear sound of instruments, sound tuned very well, ENC works very well, clear sound during calls in traffic other person have no issue in hearing, 35+ hrs of amazing battery life, and also the design is super. I am using it for 3-4 days and i am satisfied with this product.
