it's a good product. I have been using chia seeds of NOURISH YOU brand . it's very costly compare to tru elements chia seeds. and quality of true elements chia seeds is as much good as nourish you. So I got a good pack of chia seeds in cheaper price. and i recommend this to others whom gonna buy this.
