After 8-10 hours the water will turn brown in color. Consume this colored water 30 minutes before breakfast. Once again pour drinking water in tumbler and consume it 30 minutes before dinner. Please Note : This particular Sheesham herbal wood has tendency to develop cracks/leakages during use sometimes. Such instances does not reduce medicinal value of this product. In such cases, simply place the wooden tumbler in any vessel/container and keep using. We have not used any abrasive/polishing material inside or outside the tumbler. it is 100% Natural product.
