taking 2 as prescribed gives 3 hours of subtle high focus and an additional 4 hrs of subtle low focus. I tak. 2 days break a week to avoid tolerance build up. Clears brain fog completely when combined with breathing break every 2 hrs. But have good balanced food for best results. Doing a set of pushups right after having it even fixes the posture for long work/study. It's subtle and nice.

Terrific purchase
I have been trying to cut down my caffeine intake so the fact that it is decaffeinated is a huge bonus! I miss caffeine. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and feel more on my game than before.
