I have used it for 2+ month during the winter. The turning knobs have no clear instruction or marking for controlling the temperature. The thermostat given is meaningless you feel the same temperature for the turn.
It does have some hot plastic smell initially but that's bearable. The bottom of the product does vibrate alot could be annoying for some. The fan sound is neither loud nor silent.
However the Main controller knob has normal air, 1000w , 2000w settings.
