Vanguard Alta+ 263AP Tripod Kit  (Black, Supports Up to 5500 g)

I used this tripod with Canon 60D. It works perfectly well. The pan and tilt arm is very smooth. I recommend this product for photography and home video purpose. It comes with the tripod bag which is also of high quality, only glitch is that you have to remove any one of the handle of the head before putting it in the bag. Flipkart delivered it on time in very nice packaging.

I use this tripod for my Canon 5D Mark III & I must mention a few points:-

1)That this tripod is worth every penny.

2)Great construction and materials.

3)Very customizable.

4)Pans very Smoothly.

5)The quick release locking mechanism feels very secure and easy to tighten/loosen.

6)Good anti shock ring on center column.

7)Low-angle photo adapter on reversible center column.

I bought this tripod after deciding on the following points:

1) Payload of 5Kg
2) Reverse mount of center column (required for copying work and macro photography)
3) Very sturdy
4) Has PH32 pan head with a dedicated knob for Panorama
5) Super fluid operation of the head
6) Quick setup
7) Quick transformable spike and rubber feet.
8) Hook for increasing counter weight and further stability

Overall a lovely tripod and an asset to my photographic arsenal!
