Nice mat

Serves the purpose. For the first time WS Retail was one day late with its promised delivery date. (Be ready to accept any color as its assorted. It could be PINK as well )

I received the mat in specified time frame. It was well packed. The mat is thick and non-sticky. It also provide good cousin during exercise. Its good for doing yoga and exercise on all type of floor.

Nope... not for yoga..Plyo maybe yes

I am a fitness freak especially anything I can do at home.. This mat for the typical tiles floor in india is not good for Yoga( especially if you do a lot of Ashtanga sun salutations) get the thiner ones.. that stay put on the surface.. This will stretch with your body weight and that’s not very comfortable for a person. There are others available on flipkart that you can consider.

A good dependable and comfortable exercise mat :)

I have been using the mat for 5 months. and the performance of the mat is very good.

Pros:
1. The packaging was good at the time of product handover to me and delivered on time.
2. The width and length is good enough even for a well built and tall enough person.
3. 1 cm depth of the mat gives you the comfort during your exercise which really surprise you for good.
4. Black color is good for me because it hardly noticeable if dirt catches. Thus does not look dirty easily :)

soft & good quality..but still not good for yoga

there are no eprforations for grip on the back side like a normal yoga mat. So while doing asanas the mat skids. But I did do 78 suryanamaskars on this baby & was very happy with the grip & comfort. The price is a bit on higher side. the mat is thisck --full 1cm, so it cusions my hells, knees, elbows properly. If only thr manufacturer had put some grip on the back side instead of a smooth flat surface..this would have been perfect

you get what you have paid for.. Its sufficient for a regualr use and is larger and soft .... you are not spending huge bucks on it hence even if wears out its ok .. however its been more than 2 months and its still in good shape

Very comfortable but not very durable

This is a very good mat for Yoga. Unlike other thin mats this one is thick and comfortable.

Pros -
1.) Soft and comfortable. Good material.
2.) Good thickness. The mat provides good support to the back when you lie on it.
3.) Non slip, once you are on it. But easy to move one you get off the mat.

Cons -
1.) Not very durable. If you step on it with something like high heels ( my wife stepped on the mat ), it will damage the mat.

Overall this is the best thick mat that I could find for the...

Firstly, the product reached me well before the promised date. It came with solid packaging, making it very easy for me to carry it from work to home. Next, the price. Big Dissapointment

I am constantly trying to motivate myself to lead a healthy life which includes early morning yoga and free hand exercise. But this product can simply put you off if you are a beginner. The look and feel is pathetic and it came to me with two big holes and cracks. I would surely not recommend it to anyone even if they promise to deliver a flawless piece. One star for quick delivery.
