This is a great tripod for this price range. The joints and clasps are smooth and easy to use and fast. Really note the height of the tripod before buying. Build quality is great.

I tried it with my D80 70-300 VR SB400 flash completely zoomed in and tilted forward and it was still maintaining easy balance!

Good price from flipkart and also prompt delivery, got it within two days of ordering.
It cannot carry camera with heavy lenses and also need to keep the screw tightened from time to time while, I am using this with Nikon D600 and 50mm lens, overall its a great tripod, if you want better then go for a costly ones.
If you are on a budget then i would recommend this tripod. But for this price range its a really good tripod.

Velbon CX Mini was upto my expectation. It can be used for Macro and detail in shots. For table top and night photography at home. This is worth for the money which you spend once...

Its worth for macro Photography .. I using my D80 with nikkor 105 mm for outdoor macro photography . Its wonderful and easy to shoot and easy to carry anywhere. I am take the tripod every where that i am traveling.

With three stages of extension, its not a mini, really. More than expected from a tripod at the given rate. Controls are easy and convenient for a new user like me. Lookwise also good and more importantly, does not look like a cheap one !! The perfect one for starters.

It is so good to carry and use. Extremely stable for my Sony A 57 lenses. It is substantially sturdy and good to feel.

it was a good product & suits well for Macro Photography. Because of the size & weight, it is easily portable. The tripod is particularly handy for real low shots where you still need support (such as landscape) as you are shooting just a few inches off the ground.

Only thing concerned was my SLR might fall down on this because of the SLR weight along with lenses.

A nice compact & sturdy tripod.Great for both indoor & outdoor photography & videography.Especially helpful for macro shooting.It stands around 2 ft after fully extending its legs & neck.It has got rubberised leg tips to avoid tripping.Great for those people who prefer to sit down on knees while shooting.The pan handle is a great support while capturing videos.However the camera plate on top dosn't fully support small point & shoot camera but its an excellent choice for dslrs & video cameras....
