I am using them for my father as he was feeling weakness in daily activities. But these capsules provided as a very effective Multi-nutritional provider.
I am writing this review as I think it may help others too, especially for their elders and parents.
It is costly but much better than other like Patanjali etc. Giving 4 star for cost, quality is 5 star.
