It consists of three conical cups mounted on a pillar with double ball bearing rotating shaft fitted on a beautiful powder coated box. Hand Held. All three cups are same horizontally directional so that cups rotate freely in the air. The prevailing wind turns the cups and through centrical shaft resulting force is transmitted. A three digits digital FND counter mounted in box connected with Censor, On, Off and Reset Switch. The unit operated by 9 volts DC dry battery. It’s very accurate apparatus to observe wind velocity.
